next midwest reactor meeting

Dear Colleagues:

We have planned two meetings of the midwest collaboration for the next month:

  July 28: 10 AM - noon (CDT), phone meeting

  August 11: all day meeting at FNAL with video.

A main goal of these meetings will be to agree on details of an R&D proposal
to be submitted to the NSF and DOE. In preparation for these discussions,
could you please send us answers to the following questions.
 - What R&D do you think needs to be done in preparation for a full proposal?
 - What R&D does your group plan to do during the next year and what
   are the associated costs?
