Braidwood proposal contributions

Reminder:

We agreed that first drafts of all contributions to the proposal would be
submitted by the end of the month (in tex). Also, please send in a brief
"institution summary" following the model in Mike's talk
from the August meeting:

Please send details of R&D requests as soon as possible. The deadline
for the proposal is extremely tight.

Let's tentatively plan to have a phone conference to discuss the proposal
at 9 AM (CDT) on September 3.
