@Can now tell LEDs to work in "realistic mode" where angular and wavelength distribution can be supplied in LED table. Default is still isotropic and monoenergetic by default, but the distributions supplied by Gabriel can be selected using these commands in your macro: /rat/db/set LED wl_mode "dist" /rat/db/set LED angle_mode "dist"

@Was uncertain whether I wanted float or double interpolator, so I made it a template class so you can pick. Updated unit tests, and caught a discontinuity bug.
