@Utility class to generate inverse beta decay events. Based upon gen/IBDgenerator.cc, but rewritten to remove position selection and HEPEVT output. This will be used eventually to generate IBD events on the fly. Note that the flux spectrum is defined in IBD.ratdb along with the energy range. The unit tests also generate a root file TestIBDgen.root with some histograms that can be hand inspected to see flux/cross-sections/etc.
