CVS Log for src/multiio.cc,v

@Logging implementation to make it easy to output to screen and logfile with varying detail at the same time. Makes use of STL+ multiio class to output to two places at once. Tested using unit tests, but not yet integrated into RAT. Need to add command line options to select log file and verbosity levels.
