SunCC user warning:

You need to make ReactorDetector::PMTouput and ReactorDetector::PMT
public in ReactorDetector to compile and run.

If people want, I can send these messages to only the people that would
be concerned (I think only Texas people use Sun), but I wanted it in
archives.

Allow me to rephrase that. It compiled and ran on gcc. I think the
version was 3.something
