After running mac/testIBD.mac with the correct united (GeV and mm) IBD
file, I generate a root file which has this information in it:

The important things to notice are that RAT thinks a particle with a
invalid PDG code exists (this seems like a pointer error) and also the
timing. Are the times in the HEPEVT IBD file in global time?
Also, what does this line signify in our IBDgenerator.dat:
99 1 0 0 0 0 0.00558137 0 0 895.62 949.868 1730.6
Because that line (I think) declares 99 particles with a PDG code of 1,
which RAT doesn't simulate and the PDG book says it is a down quark.
Overall though, there seem to be some a few significant problems here,
and I think some of them have to do with RAT.
