Is the undesired behavior that you get more than one IBD event per
GLG4sim event when you specify an IBD rate of 1.0 Hz and an event window
of 1000000000 ns? Probably you want to set the IBD rate to 1e-3 Hz in
the generator/rate command (~86 events/day).
