Hi all,

RAT production version 0.1 has been tagged today. The cvs tag is v0_1_0.
We have generated 50k IBD events here at Chicago with the default 2-zone
detector. If others have generated events with the default testIBDgen.mac
file and would like to add them to our sample, please put them somewhere
that I can download them.

Thanks to everyone, epsecially Stan and Chris, for getting this version
out the door.
