Minutes

Checked in from Stan all the track info into data structure, docs in Wiki. This is off by default. Extension to prune processor to just prune optical photon info is also available. Binary versions from RAT are now available including ROOT, Geant4. No veto hits in v0.1, bug fixed now. It is up to the veto people how fast we want to head to a v0.2. Chris looked at http://nu.ph.utexas.edu/bw/trac/wiki/Presentations He added a new command to save macro info to ROOT output.
