Dan reported that Karim (author of the Gd gamma cascasde code GdHPCapture) is not changing the code to fix the energy excess bug. Dan made a plot of the total Gd gamma cascade energy. Karim got his information from an old paper and is staying with those numbers. Tim suggests to fix the Gd gamma cascade code ourselves.

Dan also did some new runs with neutrons generated at the capture XS thermal energy and reports here. The number of H to Gd captures matches his simple predicted calculation in the four runs he has done. This suggests that there is simply an energy dependence in the capture XS that may be larger at higher energies than we expected.

Chris has posted some nice plots of his attenuation length study with SNO data included. This uses the new light collector simulation.
